2000 gtx wont get out of idle

2000 gtx doesnt get out of idle. When it is on the trailer in the water it will not rev up. What happens is when you give it any bit of throttle its like you shut it off. I just replaced all the fuel lines and did a carb rebuild. Ive messed with the idle screws but to no avail so i set them back ti where they were. I havent owned this machine so im not sure if the jets or anything has been changed.

Sounds like fuel starvation,,, pop off too high,,,pilot too low,,,pilot orifices are partially blocked,,,fuel selector partially blocked,,,blocked micro filters in the carbs,,, adjusting pilot screws will not solve your issues.
