I love this site first off!!!! Sooo I am pretty familiar with my ski As in fixing and parts and issues... Soo like a month ago a replaced my entire jet pump assb the housing, bearings, everything!!! It has been fine for the past few weekends, today me and my wife went for a ride, we rode for over an hour with no issues....we stopped for a bathroom break....and went to take off again and it did the same thing it did when my jet pump grenaded!!! Got home pulled the jet pump all was perfect....oil was good, a little under pressure and foamy but ok. Neop seal was good nothing clogged, carbon seal good.....I am totally lost on this one?????? Thanks for all your help...any advice would help

There's a good possibility that there was some debris up against the intake grate or around the driveshaft and it is now gone. I'd take it back out on to the water and try it again.

I say this assuming the driveshaft splines aren"t stripped at either end.

If your oil is foamy you have water in it. The most likely place for water to infiltrated is past the "O" ring on the pump cone. You need to flush out the old oil, I use break cleaner, then blow dry with compressed air.

Use a new "O" ring and seal with anerobic sealant or RTV, refill with 75w-90 GL5 gear lube, and pressure test, I think it's 10psi for 10 minutes.
