Q - 1: Just curious what an appropriate “max” amount of time is, to run a 2019 Spark on a freshwater hose?
Objective will be long enough to warm the engine oil for an oil siphon and change, etc.
I ask as I remember seeing something about a carbon ring that can critically complicate running some SD’s on a hose (but, don’t know if that includes Sparks ...)
Q - 2: Are the rubber grips on the Sparks glued on or, just a tight friction fit?
Reason I ask is I took delivery from a dealer and the grips are positioned with the palm rest straight down, at the “6 o’clock” position.
We tried twisting them but, they don’t budge - I figured I oughta ask the braintrust here before breaking something by using too much force ...
I’d like to position them so the palm rest “blades” or “fins” are horizontal, pointed straight toward the rider or, the rear of the craft but, can’t seem to get them to move, let alone “off” ...
Thanks in advance!
