1999 gtx rfi performance question

Cant get the seadoo to go faster than 10 miles hr it seems that its not breathing well i changed the gas nothig and then checked the jet under and its clear .can someone help thank you

whats yuor rpms at, when going only 10mph?

if rpms are high, then inspect the pump assy for debris. Either debris or a bad wear ring and/or impellor.
