Sounds like you should just sell this ski to a Floridian... Ok, but really, my $.02 is you have a bad connection somewhere. Most materials expand with heat, so when it's cold, the material (probably wire insualation) shrinks and you lose the contact, when it heats up it comes back. I would not risk being out on the water with this condition. Next time it's dead, wiggle all your wires with the key on and see if any of them make the ski come to life.

I did this several times and had no luck.
The only parts which can be "heated" within 1-2min under the cover are: Dess post, Key, start stop switch, and mode/setup switches.

There was somewhere an instruction to switch off the dess funktion and start ski without Key on dess post, isn´t it?!?
I already changed dess post, Key and mpem, but what as if both keys are faulty?!?
