'99 GSX Oil Tank...HELP
Hi guys:
I have quite a bit of oil in my hull (1999 GSX Limited) after my last ride and my oil tank is now about half full. I placed my hand around the oil tank and did find oil around it. I'm thinking it maybe the famous seam split or some sort of crack in the tank.
My question (and yes....I have searched on here with no luck) is...How do you remove the oil tank?? I have already removed the 3 rubber straps....but do you remove it from the front or do you have to remove the exhaust in the rear? What are the steps?
If anyone can send me to a prior post or can email me that would be great!
