1998 Speedster - Where does this hose go? (and what about this one?)

Still waiting on my manual for the boat off of Ebay - hoping someone can answer this:

So the thru-hull ABOVE the swimstep on the starboard side is for........? Guessing that it is the pee-hole to let you know that cooling is circulating? The hose is clamed on to the thru-hull but then just laying down in the boat - where does the other end go and why isn't it peeing water into the bilge (maybe it is? - only had it on the water for about 1/2 hr total)

The bilge pump is plumbed to a thru-hull UNDER the swimstep. (That all seems to be A-OK)

Also - at the top of the oil tank are two hose - one larger diameter (1/2" maybe) and a another smaller one (1/8" ID?) - the smaller one does not go anywhere - plugged off about a foot from the tank. The larger one is full of oil and goes down to a split then off to.....looks legit. What is the smaller one for and where is it supposed to go?

If I think i'm reading this right here's how it goes ...

1. This line should go from the outlet above the swim platform to at "T" then have a line to the Pipe that's connected to your Exhaust Manifold. And another to the other exhast manifold. Although some models don't have the "T" but have two nipples on the outlet at the swimplatform.
2. This line is your Oil tank vent line and sounds like it's setup the way it should be.

The small hose on the Oil tank should go to a fitting on the side of the boat. Breather.
A small hose from the top of the tuned pipe goes directly to the Tow Rope / flow indicators.

Ok - thanks for the replies.

I found the two lines that come off of the exhaust manifolds - they run to a thru-hull behind the towhook - expect that this is the factory configuration. That all looks good and is functioning correctly.

That still leaves the larger thru-hull on the starboard side above the swimstep - have no idea what this one is for, there is a hose attached to the thru-hull but it is just lying in the bilge, has a ring clamp on it like it fell off of something - can't figure it out.

Not the bilge - the bilge pump is plumbed to a center line thru-hull just under the swimstep.
