1998 Seadoo xpl taking on a large amount of water

Hello, I have a 1998 Seadoo xp limited. I recently took it out on the water and after about 10 mins of riding, the hull was full of water. Also, the back compartment was fully submerged. I am about positive the front and rear seals aren’t the problem as I’ve checked both and they seem it be fine. Please help
