1998 seadoo xp 951 rotax eletrical problem

I have a 1998 seadoo xp 951 rotax I put key in no beeps none of the gauges turn on the trim goes up and down but when I hit the start button relay clicks new starter and new relay can someone help please

Have you checked the battery to verify it is good, get a load test done on it.
Have you tried jumping the solenoid(relay) to see if the starter turns the engine over. I would try it first without spark plugs (ground wires) and if that is good, put them back in a try it again. That will see if the starter is good.

Yes battery is good I’ve jumped the solenoid too it cranks the ground wire for starter is good too which wire is the ground wire for the electrical box
