1998 Seadoo GTX Totally stumped! Help!!

Hi all!
My Seadoo runs at about half normal speed, I hit a wave and she takes off full speed and vise versa. Any ideas?

What rpm's are you seeing?

Try pulling the choke for a second or two. If it picks up like it does when you hit a wave, then you’re running lean and need to go through your fuel system ASAP.
