1998 Seadoo GTS Bog Issue after work at shop

I have a 1998 Seadoo GTS with bogging issue after having the following done at a shop:

carburetor rebuilt
grey lines replaced
gas tank and baffle cleaned
fuel filter cleaned
Fuel Selector replaced

After the above, guy at shop said it was a bad intake seal which he replaced. When I picked it up it fired right up and reved up fine. When I got home I fired it up and noticed the same issues I had before the work was done. See below videos:

I am really not sure what else to do. Could the issue be caused by a bad rectifier? Any other suggestions? I am hesitant to take it back to the same shop and looking for a 2nd opinion. Thank you!

UPDATE:
I took my Seadoo to a different shop for a 2nd opinion. Turned out to be a bad accelerator pump.

Since you are in So. Cal, one of the best shops in the country is in Glendale. Watercraft Magic. It is a little bit of a drive for you but they are the best.

I took the seadoo out on the water yesterday. I am having issues with the throttle past half open. There seemed to be no power and almost bogged down and would shut off sometimes.

If I pumped the throttle quickly I could get it to full speed. I then figured out that opening the choke very little helped get to full speed and run normal. Once I let go of full throttle I had to open choke very little again. Do you think it may be a bad rectifier? If so where is it located?

I am also thinking that the speed screws may need to be adjusted? Could that cause the issue I am having? I never messed with them. I am trying to save myself a trip to the shop if anyone can help.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I took the spark plugs out to check them out and they are both brown in color. This seems to be normal. Does that mean the speed screw settings are correct?

If pulling the choke made it better you are running way lean. DO NOT ride it anymore! You will burn up a piston.

Something is still wrong with your fuel system and/or carb. I would find another shop like WaterCraft Magic if you don't want to do it yourself.

No, you have something plugged or an air leak. The screws will not help.

A stock seadoo will run perfectly with the stock carb screw settings if everything is correct. there is no reason to adjust them.
