Having performance issues with my GS. Replaced all the factory fuel lines, new spark plugs, cleaned fuel selector valve, and a friend rebuilt the carb. Still have performance issues and it bogs down at full throttle. When going at “full throttle” and pull choke out 1/2 way it takes off. Going to pull carb out and have a different friend take a look at it. Also had what I believe is an unrelated issue, with impeller wear ring trashed. Replaced that already.

I’m new to PWC’s so I don’t know a great deal about them. Any suggestions on next steps, or anything I’m missing to improve performance? TIA

You need to replace the fuel selector and I-ring in the fuel strainer.

You have to use only Genuine Mikuni parts and don’t use the springs in the kit. If it’s an aftermarket kit it will never work right.

Also you are running lean so stop riding it or you’ll fry a piston.
