I have a 1997 Seadoo SPX that is currently not running. It has been stored inside every winter and is in decent shape for a 1997. I am not mechanically inclined so I do not know what is wrong with it. I have the marina service it every year and last year we had high traffic on our lake and when I got to our cottage for the weekend it had a huge amount of water in the hull. It would not start so I did the usual tipping to one side and it still did not start. It acts as if the motor can not turn over. I was going to attempt fixing it myself because my marina does not deal seadoo anymore nor will they even service them, but I have decided not to. I do know that parts are hard to come by with these but I do not want to part it out. If someone wants it for 500.00 they can have everything with the trailer. Otherwise I am going to have a buddy part it out.

Interested. Where in Mi. are you located? I am north of Milwaukee. Has the trailer been maintained...bearings etc.

I am located in the south west corner of Michigan. It is called Watervliet Mi. I am 40 minutes north Exit 41 off of I94. I own one of the largest full service Trailer shops in the Tri state area. I will have the bearings repacked and new seals put on the trailer. I do that about every two years due to the limited amount of hauling. Just let me know.

Please let me know if you have the jet ski yet. Does everything else work like the trim and the guages? Can you send me better pics of the motor and the underneath. I wouldnt have a need for the trailer, looks nice, you should beable to get at least 400 out of that now or at spring. Yes everything else works but I am only selling it with the trailer. I really do not feel like trying to sell just a trailer.
