Hey guys, I just came back from a ride on my 1997 seadoo xp and i found two bolts and a washer in the hull... Unfortunatly, I can't identify them. Can anyone help me? image.jpgimage.jpg
Thanks,

The small one might be the oil pump bleeder. Check the bottom side of your hood to see if the larger one came from there.

FYI the beveled shape on the front of the smaller screw could also be an adjuster from one of the carbs.

that set screw looks like the ones that hold the throttle and start/stop body to the handle bars.

You got it right! It's from a motor mount! But for the smaller one, it can't be it because i found it in the hull...

regardless of where you found it, check the UNDER side of both where your throttle bolts on, and under where your start/stop switch is... I found a GREEN seadoo lanyard key in the BOTTOM of the second driveshaft compartment in my HX...sometimes people put things in strange places
hence, the gerbils in places that should be "exit only"...
humor me, and check those two places on your ski.

This would be my guess too. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that uses a set screw that large in the hull. Very possible its been in there a long time. Back one of the bottom handle bar screws out & compare them. Sure looks like one of those.
