So my lanyards are currently not working to start my Jetski; I don’t hear two beeps from the Jetski anymore. I tested the resistance between the negative plate and the positive plate of the lanyards and it’s reading 2.3 M ohms on one key and 1.9 M ohms on the other key! is that even possible?! From my understanding these keys should have 10 ohms or less to function, how is it they have millions of ohms now? I did the desspost test and the dess post is functioning correctly, except when I connect the keys it doesn’t complete the circuit between the two ground wires unless I fiddle with the keys and move them around and push harder on them. Both of them start the Jetski though when they make a connection

The magnets no these keys wear out and the keys build up resistance...I would look into bench testing you actual dess post before i bought a key
