1997 Sea-Doo Challenger 180 Carb Compatibility

So I'm in the process of resurrecting an old Rotax 787, and I think my original carbs are beyond saving. Am I stuck using the accelerator carb, or can I use one of the older (much cheaper) non-accel carb sets. Just trying to find out if there are any reason why an older set wouldn't work. Pretty green with the Rotax stuff, so any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
