1997 GTX Bogging - can't figure it out

Having troubling finding a replacement exhaust hose - all the big parts suppliers do not have it in stock for a 1997 GTX.

Trying to find a good used one from a local partout.

New pipe installed from a local partout. Perfect condition pipe.

Seadoo runs excellent now on the trailer. Zero bogging no problem hitting redline. Putting it back in the water next weekend to see how it runs under load.

I rebuilt the water regulator valve and will be replacing all water hoses - anything else I should do to make sure this doesn't happen again? There are no old repairs or leaks on either halves of the tuned pipe.
