There's some ohm values in the SM for the stator wires, you can ck those to make sure you don't have a direct short. All the others looking at the schematics I would just do a continuity tests to all the grounds points and between components. Look for ones that should have the voltage values and verify. Ck that start/stop button for continuity, if it's not closing the circuit you'll get nothing, though putting the lanyard key on the DESS post should wake things up also. DESS post, start/stop button, start ruling out what is good or not.
