Yes in the shop manual, if you just Google "1997 seadoo gsi shop manual" you will find it
 
Thanks for the quick reply. I have used those. What I am looking for is a chart that shows the ohm resistance values when testing individual circuit pins/connections. Someone referenced those in a post on here if I recall.

There's some ohm values in the SM for the stator wires, you can ck those to make sure you don't have a direct short. All the others looking at the schematics I would just do a continuity tests to all the grounds points and between components. Look for ones that should have the voltage values and verify. Ck that start/stop button for continuity, if it's not closing the circuit you'll get nothing, though putting the lanyard key on the DESS post should wake things up also. DESS post, start/stop button, start ruling out what is good or not.
