I'm in the process of pulling the engines and I have run into an impasse… how do I separate the engine from the output shaft? I'm stumped....Thanks in advance for any replies

The pumps have to come out and the locking ring off the shaft. Google carbon ring replacement for videos.

Are there any cracks on the windsheids ( or whatever the are called ) Is be interested in those

They are trashed.... I have gotten rid of the boat... still trying to roll up the rub rail...
