1996 xp

My XP's throttle won't move. I think it has something to do with the oil pump but I'm not sure. It has been sitting unused for about 2 years because the throat of the gas tank was broken. Now i have a new tank and the throttle won't budge.

like the lever wont budge? check the cables and near the carb. see if you can move the arm on the carb.?? need more info really. did u pinch something installing the new tank?

well i didnt put the tank in. the cable wont move by the carbs either

2 yrs of sitting prob. dry rotted the cables or gummed em up?. get some graphite lube and see if that helps man. cable should be pretty cheap though. will the arm move on the carbs by itself or is it hung?

gotta gas tank and throttle cable for that ski if interested. Still got receipt, take back tank...
