1996 Seadoo SPX. Vts not working

I have a 1996 seadoo SPX. The vts system isn’t working. The motor it’s self is definitely pooched. Everything I’ve seen online they are saying it’s the module. The 7.5aml fuse was blown, and when I replaced it it’s keeps blowing again. So is that mean the module in the grey box is no good, or the module at the back of the ski that the motor attaches too

Any help on this would be awesome

When you say module. Is that part of the vts housing at the rear of the ski?

Its he large black cubical behind the motor,,,over time,,,water seaps into the module and corrodes the circuit board within,
