1996 Seadoo gtx oil pump alignment

I have a 96 seadoo gtx that I just recently pulled the carbs off and cleaned them but now that I have them back on I have no clue how to align the oil pump cables back correctly.

Cable attaches to the oil pump then to the rear carb. The oil pump lever needs to be wound so the spring is trying to pull that end of the cable. On the rear carb it should be pulling the oil pump lever against the spring when you open the throttle.
