I just de-winterized the thing, put new plugs in and now it won't turn over unless I pull the pugs out then it turns over easily. I am not a 2 stroke mechanic, is there a pressure relief valve not operating correctly? It spins like a champ with no plugs, but once the plugs go in it seems to lockup. Any suggestions are appreciated.
