1995 speedster starter troub

My 1995 Speedster starter is giving me troubles. I replaced the starter and it worked fine for about a month, then it just makes a click and spinning noise, I put screw driver across terminals on solenoid and still got the same noise, charged battery, still same noise, any idea what it could be ?
Also i am able to turn over engine by hand spinning flywheel

I would get the battery load tested at an auto parts store. Might be weak
