My problem is the one motor runs good the other on when it hits 4500 rpm it's like a clutch slipping or a tranny slipping the rpms shoot up and the boat does not go any faster please help

Do a forum search for "95 speedster cavitation". I think there were a couple threads from other people with the same or similar problem that might help you.

You may also want to give some additional information here so people can give you a direction to go. Things like how long you have owned the boat, and if the problem has always occurred since you owned it, or is it something new? How much you know about the boat will give people a place to start. If you are unfamilliar with the pump system, we can't just tell you to check the wear ring clearance on the side that "feels like a clutch slipping".

Give us a bit more info and we can get you started. :)

I also have a 95 speedster. Climb under (does that make sense??) the boat and take a look at the pump from the bottom and see if the ring that surrounds the impeller is smooth or all gouged. Also check it from the back end. Also check the condition of the impeller itself. The wear ring probably needs to be replaced. Does it "catch" after it catches up a bit? Very common on these boats. The wear ring is there to do just that. Wear. If everything looks good, then there are several other things to check.

Let us know what you find. Also, how about some pictures of your boat. We would love to see it!!!

Good luck,
Sink
