Yeah, I see that and it's showing 0 messages. Checked the inbox.. Nothing. I promise I'm not crazy.. May not respond for a few days as I will be MIA.

Out of curiosity, would those grey fuel lines cause surging above half throttle? From clogging the carb, I assume? My guess is yes. Considering ski #2 is now doing the exact same thing as the other.

Those fuel lines are a disaster. Replace them and overhaul the carbs with OEM Mikuni parts.

Sounds like I've got a lot of work on my plate. I get to pull the carbs, figure out what I need to pull to replace the return oil line on one of the skis (one of the hull mounts came loose and the exhaust burnt a hole in the line) as well as replace all of those fuel lines. Not to mention clean both carbs.

I'll need about 25' of 1/4" inner diameter fuel lines (per ski), about 20-30 hose crimps and I'd say a good 5' of oil line.

What size oil lines do I need for the return line? Also any recommendations for any of the procedures or things to check while I have it all apart?

I would only change the fuel lines and the 2 small 3/32" ID tubes for the oil injection.

Gray fuel line will steal the last gasp of life from a seadoo engine, hope you didn't ride too long.

The issue is the larger oil line came loose while riding and burnt a hole into it. Any idea what the size of those are? It leads to the top of the oil tank.

And should I go ahead and get a couple rebuild kits for some gaskets/diaphragms?

The large one is 12MM or 1/2" The smaller one on the oil filter is 8MM or 5/16 I believe you can use standard vinyl hose from Home Depot or Lowes. I purchased my 12MM from OSD Parts, and reused my clamps.

Make sure you get the correct oil line. Most of the crap hose from Home Depot is not oil resistant.

It's the oil line that runs from the bottom of the.. Rotary valve manifold? I can't really tell. Would that be the 1/2"?
