1995 SeaDoo Speedster Beeps

I just bought a 1995 SeaDoo Speedster and after putting in two fresh batteries all I get when I hit the starter buttons is beeps from the engine compartment. What am I doing wrong?


OK! Got that figured out! You have a start position and then a run position. Now my next problem is that the port engine runs fine but the starboard engine is just getting oil, no gas. The fuel filter/sediment bowl is clean, just empty! Thoughts?

It has an on/off/reserve valve. Heres a pic.

Thanks for the diagram. The fuel valve for both engines is on. I tried putting it on reserve too and that still didn't work. Is there a website where I can download a service manual for this boat?
