Ok, so I had the boat in the water for the first time today, didn't actually get to go anywhere in it but hey, got to run it for longer then 10 seconds at a time. Couple of issues,
1. Water was entering the passenger compartment through the drain under the drivers seat. I'm assuming that it's a bad scupper and given how long the boat has sat, I'm not surprised.
2. This could be related to my first issue, I have water entering the bilge and it appears to be coming in around the bilge pump. I don't know how the hose is routed out. Does it run through the scupper as well?
3. Port engine exhaust pipe is leaking water. I have heard that these pipes can be TIG welded. Is this true?
