1995 Seadoo GTX

Hello, I have a 1995 Sea-Doo GTX that I recently rebuilt the top end and rebuilt carb. I got everything running good out of the water, turns over on first crank and idles nice. My issue I run into is when I bring it to the water and start to accelerate and at full throttle after 5 to 10 seconds it will die out on me. I’ve tried messing with the carb and messing with the idle screw, but haven’t been able to find a solution. Anyone have any ideas what might be going wrong?
