1995 sea doo gtx propulsion problem

Hi everybody,have a 1995 gtx that is mint that i bought.starts up fine and idles great.throttle up slowly and goes and when i get on it it winds out rpm but the jetski bogs down like there is no propulsion.checked for clog in grate but clear.work on outboards all my life but these are new to me so any help on a starting point would be great,thx for your help

That's bad cavitation.

Check the impeller, wear ring, and driveshaft seal.
