1995 gtx, where does the inline oil filter line go?

I am putting back together my GTX, I have everything on, but cant figure out where the inline oil filter line goes... I know i have to be looking right at it... UGH

to the oil pump, located under the carbs.

i found it a few minutes later. Now i have to try to figure out why i have no electrical power going anywhere....

need to hook up the "plug" that goes into the mag cover?
