New SBT Motor in it. Was riding today at blue marsh lake and was running AMAZING. Then when I was Idling back it stopped, and wouldn't start. All it did was back fire and crank. I pulled the plugs. I think it's a sheared flywheel key. Need any help that I can get. Real shame this early in the season.

What engine, 717? I would pull the intake and check the rotary valve and see if it's turning when you turn the engine over the brass gear could have failed. I wouldn't think the flywheel key would shear if you were just idling unless you didn't tighten the nut when you put it on.
