1994 Seadoo XP. Bought it from a guy last spring, ran like a champ all summer... until-

While someone was riding it last summer, had an oil line come apart, and it toasted the PTO cylinder. Good thing it was the end of the season for me around Labor Day!

I sent the cylinders off to Full Bore in Alpena, MI who bored them out for me and sent me fit pistons/rings/bearings/etc.

At the same time, I replaced the pump gaskets in the carbs (checking inlet filters), cleaned them up a little bit (didn't take them all apart), and replaced the fuel lines.

Got everything back together - she turns over great, has fired up once or twice - and then nothing. Can crank away with rest periods in there, but no go.

I didn't take apart timing stuff, just the top end.
Compression in both cylinders 140
Gas is getting to the carburetors.
Low speed screw is 1.5 turns out.
Idle speed screw is 2 turns in past touching.
I did not separate the two carbs.
Oil pump marks are lined up.
I verified that there was at least some spark (in-line light).

Can I get a recommendation on where to go to next? Change ignition coil out? Do resistance measuring of the MPEM?

Thank you!

Spray premix fuel in the airbox or carb intake, see if it fires up. If so, its something in the carbs preventing fuel from getting through.
