1994 Seadoo XP carb adjustments

Just wondering if anyone knows the adjustments for the duel carbs on this seadoo. Its a 1994 seadoo xp 657x model. I dont have access to the manuels so not sure. Im needing the high speed setting and low speed. Correct me if Im wrong. Low is suppose to be 1 1/2 turns out and high speed all the way in. Rebuilding carbs as we speak. Cleaning out system and leaving old gray fuel lines just doesnt work very good so replacing everything

I have 1-1/4 turns out for the low... and 0 for the high.

YES... 0 is correct for the high since the carb has internal jets.
