Please forgive me as I am new to jet skis. I just purchased a 1994 SD GTX with the 657 motor. I have emptied both the gas & oil tanks and will replace all water, oil and gas lines. My question is what oil should I use for this motor?
Any API-TC rated oil.
A few good options are Seadoo Carb 2T in the White bottle, Lucas Semi-Synthetic 2-Cycle (not the Land&Sea) and Mystic are a few good ones.
A good rule of thumb is if it is blue or green it is the wrong oil.
