This is kinda new to me and i am a rookie so please be kind. I have started this machine up got on it and idle to the no wake zone but when i try to hit the throttle it dies. It will start back up but then do the same thing. Then after a couple of times it will not even turn over. let it sit for about ten to fifteen minutes and it will start again but will not accelerate. I have not checked it again since removing the fuel tank and the oil tank and emptying and cleaning both. I have it back together the filter over the carbs was very dirty as well. this bike had set for a couple of years but is in pretty nice shape. any help would be very much appreciated

Welcome to the seadoo forum ninners. Have you cleaned the carbs yet? Also if it has gray fuel lines they need to be replaced with new fuel lines. The gray ones deteriorate from the inside out and clause residue to clog the carbs. You can get Black Fuel line from like Auto Zone. Bring a sample to get the correct sizes, and tell them it's fuel line. You might want to replace the Stainless Steel hose clamps too while your at it.

I will do that because when i took the tanks off to clean them i also removed the lines from the tank to the carbs and blew them out with an air hose but they did look gummy. should i completely dissasemble the carbs and clean them and will i need to buy new diaphrams or gaskets. do they sell them in a kit. do you know of an online store that sells that stuff at a good price. thanks for any and all help this place is the best
