1993 Seadoo XP running slow

So we took the XP to the lake the other day, it ran good the first part of the day but now it just runs like half power. Buddy of mine thought it might be the fuel filter but I am thinking it might be more complicated than a simple filter. Suggestions??

Could be a pile of things. Read up on some posts of the similar problems and you will get a head start. Ask the questions to yourself, do I have grey fuel lines, have my carbs ever been rebuild or even cleaned, what is my compression at?
