1993 Seadoo XP Leaking Water

Hi all,
I recently purchased a 1993 XP....she runs great after some tweaking but I know have a water leaking issue. There was an obvious crack in the hull which I repaired and that reduced the amount of water coming into the hull but I am still taking on water. On the starboard side of the craft there is a white spigot with a hose coming off it but the hose is not connected to anything - not sure if this is supposed to feed to this clear piece the function of which I am not sure. Looking to learn!

I believe that's either the P tube or the vent for the gas tank. Looks like it's got the gray Tempo lines so I'm thinking the vent. All the water lines I usually see are clear but not sure on that older ski. Download a book it'll have all the diagrams.
