1993 seadoo bombardier xp

Hi guys really need some help, my son bought a used seadoo 1993 xp we tested it out and it did run but was always alittle difficult to start but it was an old battery. So we bought and brought home put a brand new proper battery in(the old one was not the right one)and 2 new spark plugs also the exact for the model, then we changed the oil to an actual good seadoo oil and it not working. It turns over but will not start it needs one more crank to start, thats how close it is. We've checked the spark plugs to make sure they were firing, 1 minute they fire the next minute they don't.

My son is at witts end can anyone offer any solutions or things we may not have checked! We feel its somewhere in the electrical.

We got it up and running turned out me a blocked line last owner never really took care of it.thanks it can eb deleted

check fuel system maybe carb diaphram sucking air lose hose

not really supposed to switch oil type/brand just make sure and keep using the same stuff

The sticker sold for that year shows rolling it counterclockwise.
