it idles and goes about 15 mph like at 3k rpm but if i pull the throttle anymore that that, it will bog down. the wierd thing is that once i pull the choke, and let it go, it will run very fast and past the 3k rpm for about 4 seconds.
whats wrong?

im having the same problems im currently replacing old gray fuel lines with black ones from an auto parts store. you might want to clean your fuel selector the thing that has on/off/reserve. im bypassing it with a simple in-line on/off switch. clean fuel filter and carb. and im also bypassing the stock fuel filter with an in-line one. hope this helps. also make sure your sparkplugs are marine im not sure how much this matters but they burn hotter than regular sparkplugs.
