1991 sp runs great then dies after about 5 minutes...any ideas?

I picked up an 1991 seadoo sp last fall. compression is good both at 150, cleaned carbs, new battery, new fuel lines and fuel pick up lines in tank. I get it started and it runs perfect, then after about 4 or 5 minutes, it just dies and won't restart. I have checked the vents as well. Any ideas on what to try next?

Fuel pump sucking air instead of fuel, check all fittings, filter and selector for leaks.

I'll bypass everything and run a line straight from the pump to the tank and see what happens.
