1990 seado sp stops running

My 11990 seado will start sometimes & not others. Today I got it running across the water at full speed and it shut down immediately without any warning. I can start it several times in a row without a problwm, then it won't start at all. Its getting spark. Could this be a fuel line problem or electrical. Thanks for your help, bsix

Hey....do compression check, check out plugs, recheck all connections, make sure cables arent corroded/burnt, if grey fuel lines in, REPLACE them, and if so, then need to go thru carb, maybe rebuild it, also clean/replace fuel selector valve, make sure battery is charged/hold'n charge. Should be 14.5v when running...:cheers:also, cut plug wires back from boots quarter inch, boots screw right off.
