Fresh build. 16 hrs on the engine. Suspecting defective tops valve however not sure yet since it was my first 4tec build.

Several oil changes were done in order to eliminate any possible debris that was missed while cleaning and assembling.
So there is a possibility that the oil was overfilled.

There was oil in the intake and it made it all the way from the vent line and up to the supercharger.
There's a puddle in the hose and at the supercharger and in the long runner coming around the hull to to the intake of the supercharger.

Plugs look perfect. As in no oil has made it to the combustion chamber.

Cleaned everything out and drained the oil/ filled properly and monitoring now.

What else could i do? Any idea why so much oil could get to the top of the cylinder head and go out the tops valve to the intake ?

Probably too late but the RXP I just bought was sold because of extreme oil consumption and a lack of power. Turned out typical not major. Oil consumption and power both because the impeller side bearing in the S/C let go. Oil was being sucked into the S/C and blown into intake. Keep in mind the central area of a S/C is 10X more powerful than a good ShopVac for suction, if the seal there is bad, it will evacuate engine oil rapidly and blow it into the intake.

I managed to solve this issue by replacing the tops valve. The reason why I found it was the valve and not the supercharger is because the oil was all the way back to the air box and the only way the oil could get there was if it went through the tops valve and then the breather hose all the way to the airbox.
