05 wake gtx driveability problems

Hey just wondering if anyone could pass on some info that could help me diagnose my Wake? 155 non supercharged 160hrs.
It all started second ride of the season, was working great an then all of a suddend sounded like i dropped a cyl or fouled a plug. Loud and boggy and lacked low end, so i switched em out with no change. So i figured bad fuel, used isopropal from my sled in the fuel and it seemd better. But it didnt last long, now its horrible on fuel, signifantly louder, has a vibration in hull/handlebars, good top end but inconsistant low end (rpm hunts up/down alot) and smells a but rich. Iv had a look at the impeller and seems ok, no codes or lights, no other obvious things wrong. Talked to 3 local seadoo dealers and thev never heard of this....and dont really know what thed start with... anyone have experience with this issue? Thanks alot.

Thanks for the reply, i just checked the exhaust system and everything looks fine. Tomorow il run it hooked to the hose, there may be a crack/slice i cant see. I did notice more oil residue in the hull tho, but the level is bang on full and clean/smell-less so i think its non related. I wish i knew someone with a similar doo i could swap injectors or comput to test, dont want to waste cash on parts that arent faulty. I have a hunch that one of them are the issue....maybe. Does your gtx run real smooth at idle and low speeds or does it (rpm) hunt up and down alot? Mine hasnt ran smooth (varys 200 or more rpm at constant pull) at low speeds since 22 hrs (when i purchased) but i had comput scaned and was perfect.....

Plugs are very light brown colour, and look really clean. I change them every spring as iv had it foul a plug from leftover fogging oil before. Could not find any exhaust leak either. I did notice it seemed to be idling rough and i could feel the vibration in the hull and the handlebars. Do these things have fuel filters? Im sure a new one wouldnt hurt. I also have never checked out the jetpump since new altho the manual says "verifiy jetpump grease" on the checklist, i didnt want to disturb the seal and risk leakage. Darn, this always happens when the weather is beautiful too A.
Thanks alot for your help and info.

A few other things i have just found are: drive shaft seems a little loose as i can jiggle it a bit from under the ski. Impeller is clear but on the suction side of the impeller, the little cone seal was popped off and water squished out when i slid it back in place. And there are some scrub marks from the impeller inside the wear ring, but the leading edges are all good and no obstructions. Next i am going to pull the discharge end off and see if i find water. Thanks again.

Going to try to upload pics of what i found, how would i go about that? Impeller seems to be rubbing wear ring at 3 and 9 oclock and i can see grey scrub marks in the wear ring at these points. I have more than .020" clearance around 3 of the 4 leading edges . No chunks or obvious wear on blading tho. Cant feel much play in bearing but some in the driveshaft. Cone at discharge has black/dark grease smeared around the outer edges and some black grease inside around the inner race of the bearing. No water present but some corrosion on metal parts.
