05 speedster one engine vibrates at 3 to 4 grand

my 200 speedster runs great but pulling out sometimes it vibrates at 3500 to 4000.but goes away above that.all bearings are new in pump,impeller is perfect, new shaft, the weirdest thing is when i'm runing hard and doing lot's of turns than stop ,I'll try to go again it vibrates than beeps and shows the oil light .the oil is clean seadoo oil and plenty of it.my thought is bad alignment? but the beep makes me think some sensor is shutting me down. I shut off that engine and start it back right away and it stops beeping,good to go.

The whole engine shut down ,seems the fuse block shorted out on that side .installing new one tommorow.we'll see.

vibration cured !!

Fixed vibration, after putting new bearings and seals in pump ,the first time i only snugged down the impeller, this left play in the bearing,very minor not noticable by hand . This time I got the correct wrenches,impeller tool and 12 mm allen socket, tightened it alot more so it will still turn .apparenty the impeller is used to hold the center section of the bearing tightly like a wheel bearing in a trailer.Put it back together ,no more vibration !!
