Just curious if this was a simple fix or if there is a bigger reason behind this. Neither the Digital nor the Needle work. No reason it should have happened out of the norm. The other gauges work such as RPM and timer ect.
Check the paddle wheel underneith the rear of the sea-doo. It may have stopped working all together or there could be a broken wire going back to the speedometer sensor.
