Oil is coming from the side or the bottom of the engine. We found that the oil cooler O rings were bad and was missing the 2 bottom bolts. We fix that, now when we fired up and ran it for 5 minutes and then started leaking oil again. Where could this oil coming from, if is not from the oil cooler again?
Thanks in advance for any help

Please, could somebody identify this part from, we think, is for an 03 Seadoo 4TEC SC

Thanks, very much. I saw the post. I have more relax now. Still we need to find out where the leak come from. How could we test it for oil leak? How could we find out with the engine outside?

It is possible to pressurize the oil system with the motor out by putting shop air pressure, 40 psi or should do it, into one of the threaded oil pressure test ports. There is one at the back of the head.

To test the oil cooler itself, you can remove it and use a rubber tipped air pressure line and press it into each oil hole in the back. It generally doesn't take much pressure to make them hiss when they have a leak.
