02 RFI, hard start, bogs shutters.

Started great on trailer, put in water was little hard to start, got going WOT runs great. Decel to idle would stall, hard to get restarted, starts holding throttle wide open bogs and shutters then launches out of the water until decel again. Did a couple of times then would not restart, towed back to trailer. Ski has new engine completely rebuilt local shop, new plugs, XPS oil, compression 155-155.
The plugs seem to be running rich, not oil fouled?

Solved . Needed a coil pack, pulled from my 01 RFI , there two different part numbers. Where can I get a good coil pack?

So anyway thought this machine was doing great and it’s still hard start in water, weird thing is or coincidence friend and I lifted up back of ski in water and it started ! Ran great! What do I look at next leaking injector?
