01 Seadoo RX Throttle Cable

I have a 01 Seadoo RX and the throttle cable broke in the steering colume.The cable on the ski is one into two with a sensor in between. Can I just replace the throttle cable with a single cable? I've seen it sold that way for my year and model. It's a Carbed model.

No, it has to be the 2 piece cable. One member here recently bought a SBT cable that did not work, he went with WSM and it is working fine.

Thank you, I thought so, but that saves me time from getting the wrong part the first time.
