Anybody near topsail island this week and want to ride in the ocean?

i am planning on taking my ski out in the ocean a few times and wanted to know what people mean when they say fog. and what to do. I understand that it is supposed to clear the water out if there is any and lubricate the internals quite well. Its the next step after flushing right?
